Ermenrich Zing AL30 Battery Tester

The Ermenrich Zing AL30 is a battery tester, i.e. a portable battery diagnostic tool. The basic battery test includes testing for voltage, internal resistance, and cold cranking amps (CCA). The device also has two additional modes of operation: car starting system testing and charging system testing. The tool also provides a final assessment of battery health and recommends battery replacement if the values are low.

The device connects to the battery with two crocodile clips. The built-in screen displays all of the measurements and is operated by the controls located below. It is charged via the battery under test, and so no extra power supply is required.
