PI156 - 4K DisplayPort / HDMI Portsaver Adapter - 0.1m
The PI156 connects 4K DisplayPort sources to 4K HDMI devices and at the same time protects sensitive sockets! This DisplayPort (plug) to HDMI (socket) adapter offers various features: It offers the connection of a 4K DisplayPort source to a common HDMI cable and extends sources with a DisplayPort to a 4K HDMI output effectively. Additionally, the PI156 is a Portsaver, which offers traction relief at the socket and comes with a small bending radius - a professional product for professional use. Please note, that this adapter does not work bidirectionally, it cannot be used for HDMI sources to connect to DisplayPort-ready sinks.

The adapter converts signals from DisplayPort (plug) to HDMI-A (socket) and therefore extends the compatibility of sources with DisplayPort output effectively by a HDMI port for HDMI-ready screens. The adapter is, however, not bidirectionally (from HDMI source to DisplayPort sink) usable!
Never Again Worry about Worn Sockets
Portsavers are a reasonable addition when stiff and long and/or thick HDMI cables are being used. The Portsaver is being connected to the socket of the receiving device and relieves it by picking up the traction coming from the connected cable. Additionally, our Portsavers have an extreme bending radius (up to 180°), thanks to their highly elastic manufacturing. This simplifies the use of stiff HDMI cables in fragile sockets.
