3M Cubitron II Hookit 775L Clean Sanding Film Disc contains a 3M Precision Shaped Grain (PSG). Revolutionary engineered to offer up to twice the cut-rate surpassing other conventional discs in both performance and longevity lasting up to 6 times longer. A grinding aid is incorporated to keep the disc cool and further prolonging the disc life. It features a hook and loop backing allows for easy removal and cleaning and can be used again and again. Designed to maximise cutting effectiveness, minimising grinding pressure and operator fatigue.
Using the 3M 775L outperforms conventional ceramic discs. Designed to be used with a 3M Hookit backing pad with an angle grinder or sander. This film wheel is well-suited to stock removal and is effective on a wide variety of materials, including metals, composites, gel coats and white woods.
Unique Construction
The unique construction of the 775L is the perfect solution for the most challenging applications. A unique multi-hole pattern on this disc allows for dust to be extracted out higher than conventional holed discs. The design of the holes doesn't require an alignment of the holes with the disc pad making disc changes fast and simple. A sandpaper disc cuts better and lasts longer when dust isn't clogging the cutting surface of the abrasive.

Using 3M precision-shaped grain technology to offer a higher initial and durability to outlast conventional ceramic fibre discs. The grit wears evenly and with the abrasive staying cooler and sharper, the PSG abrasive lasts significantly longer than conventional ceramic discs.
