SITOP PSE202U redundancy module input/output: 24 V DC/40 A suitable for decoupling two SITOP power supplies with maximal per 20 A output current The SITOP PSE202U redundancy modules are the ideal complement to all 24 V power supplies to provide additional protection against a failure of the 24 V supply. The redundancy module decouples two 24 V power supplies of the same type up to 20 A output current each, so that the loads are still supplied by the second power supply if one of the power supplies fails. Additionally, a signal is sent via a signaling contact that can be evaluated by a controller, PC or control system. Redundancy modules support parallel connected power supplies of the same type to increase power while offering redundancy at the same time.
