Ermenrich NetGeeks NU30 Optical Multimeter

Ermenrich NetGeeks NU30 is an optical multimeter with VFL function, which will become a must-have tool for a specialist in designing, laying, and installation of fiber optic communication lines. With this device, you can measure the output power of the fiber optic system source, measure the optical power loss in a cable, and detect and locate breaks. The device is suitable for home and professional use.

The device supports six wavelengths and FC, SC, and ST connectors. For more accurate measurement of the attenuation, there is an option to set a reference level: It allows you to automatically calculate the difference between the power of the input signal and the output signal. There is a VFL function with pulse and continuous modes of operation. It is used to locate broken cables or find a certain specific cable. When the option is activated, the device starts working in transmitter mode at a wavelength of 650nm. If a malfunction is detected, it will be indicated by a red indicator.

The device is compact and easy to use. The device is powered by three standard batteries.
