Because the handle of the FRYER Compact is removable, it can be stored in the kitchen cupboard to save space. Ideal for small households, because the 1.5 liter frying container can prepare around 500 grams of French fries (or fish fingers, doughnuts or Berliners). The frying container and basket can be removed from the compact cool-touch housing made of stainless steel for cleaning. The removable lid with a viewing window contains an activated carbon filter to prevent odors. Recipes can be found in the operating instructions.
