From steaks to chips to dessert
So that you can prepare many different dishes in the ECG AF 5500 Crunchy, this friendly appliance allows you to vary the temperature and frying time. So you can easily prepare healthier chips, steaks, fish, vegetables and even a sweet dessert. In short, the door is open to a wide variety of interesting recipes. The fryer offers 8 programmes with precisely pre-set times and temperatures (for specific dishes), or you can set the temperature and time yourself (temperature between 80-200 °C, time up to 60 minutes). The large LED panel with modern touch controls allows you to operate the oven from the left.

Sophisticated design
We've designed the ECG AF 5500 Crunchy air fryer to work reliably, be safe and be comfortable and hassle-free for you to use at all times. Among other things, we've equipped it with a transparent window so that you can always see the food you're preparing, even during preparation. We have given the removable frying basket an optimum capacity of 5.5 litres and given it a non-stick copper coating. And to make sure you don't burn yourself on the appliance, we've also equipped it with a cool cover and a thermally insulated handle. The safe operation of the fryer is also ensured by non-slip feet that keep it steady in place, as well as an integrated overheating protection.
