The pre-assembled central clamp for PV modules with aluminium frame Advantages - Thanks to the spring, the pre-assembled PM C clamp remains raised during the tightening phases and thanks to the plastic element it stays in position without sliding in the rail. - The clamps do not require any additional elements like screws, gaskets or bolts.
PM C is the pre-assembled clamp for PV panels with an aluminium frame. The PM C clamp is available in different variants depending on the thickness of the PV panel. The clamp features a hammer nut with a special plastic cage to facilitate positioning of the nut inside the central groove of the rail. The spring keeps the clamp raised until it is tightened to facilitate positioning of the PV panel.
Properties - PM C clamp in AW 6060 T66 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013. - A2.70 stainless steel Allen screw in accordance with EN ISO 3506-1 /2:2009. - FCN AL Hammer head nut in AW 6060 T66 aluminium alloy in accordance with EN 755-2:2013 and grey nylon PA6.
Functionality - Insert the lower part of the PM pre-assembled clamps into the upper groove of the rail. - Turn the PM pre-assembled clamps 90° clockwise. - Lock the PV module by applying a tightening torque of about 10 Nm to the Allen screw (TCEI).
