induction cooktop with FlexInduction and PerfectFry

is a flexible induction cooktop for those who want plenty of space, precise heat control, and greater freedom in everyday cooking. The cooktop is 60 cm wide and features four cooking zones that can be combined into two FlexInduction zones. This means you’re not limited to traditional, fixed cooking zones, but can place larger pots, pans, and other induction-compatible cookware more flexibly on the 40-cm-long flex zones.

With DirectSelect, you can select a cooking zone and adjust the power directly on the control panel. The 17 power levels allow for precise heat control, whether you’re simmering at a low temperature or turning up the heat for rapid heating. PowerBoost provides up to 50% extra power compared to the highest normal power setting, which can, for example, reduce the wait time when bringing water to a boil.

For frying, PerfectFry helps keep the temperature under control. The built-in sensor operates at four temperature levels and automatically regulates the temperature, reducing the risk of food burning. The cooktop also features QuickStart, which automatically detects where the cookware is placed, as well as ReStart, which can restore the previous settings if the cooktop is accidentally turned off.

The Bosch induction cooktop thus combines flexible cooking with features that make daily use quick and easy. A timer with an auto-off function, a residual heat indicator, and a child lock further contribute to a practical solution for the modern kitchen.
