Sharpen your knives easily at home. Try the 2-Stage Knife Sharpener from Lamart. It has a tungsten stainless steel grinding wheel that sharpens the blade and restores the edge to the desired "V" shape. Its ceramic stone then polishes the blade and evens out any surface irregularities. For added safety, the product is fitted with a non-slip base.
Maintenance
The sharpener is easy to clean - just wipe it with a damp cloth. The grinding wheels cannot be replaced.

2) The product is not intended for use by children or persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities. Please keep the sharpener out of the reach of children.
3) Do not attempt to sharpen brand new knives.
4) The sharpener is not suitable for sharpening ceramic knives, serrated or very sensitive Japanese knives with steel blades.
5) Never pull the knife through the sharpener with force.
Instructions for use:
1. Place the knife sharpener on a sturdy table, and hold it firmly by the handle while sharpening. Pull the knife through each hole with reasonable and equal pressure several times (e.g., 5 times).
2. The individual grinding wheels have the following functions:
a) Tungsten stainless steel wheel: for sharpening the blade and restoring the edge to a "V" shape.
b) Ceramic stone: to polish the blade and even out any surface irregularities that may have been caused by the sharpening process.
3. Sharpening procedure:
a) Sharpen only clean and dry blades. Place the blade edge against the first sharpening stone 2a while holding the knife handle and pull the knife gently towards you. Caution: do not move the knife blade backwards and forwards - always pull in one direction only.
b) We recommend repeating this procedure at least five times for each grinding stone of the grinder or more often, depending on the condition of the blade.
c) After finishing sharpening, clean the blade before using or storing it.
Safety warning:
High temperatures may damage the product. If sharp metal tools are used, the plastic soft surface may be damaged (scratched). The use of harsh and aggressive cleaning agents may damage the surface (e.g. corrosive agents). Careless handling may damage the product. These "marks" do not affect the functionality of the product or its overall durability in the slightest, only the aesthetic appearance is compromised.
