Whirlpool hob WB B8360 NE
The Whirlpool WB B8360 NE induction hob is an original design that fits into any modern kitchen. Induction heats the ferromagnetic bottom of the pot, not the glass surface of the hob. The electromagnetic field passes through the glass ceramic surface directly into the pot without unnecessary losses. The hob offers 4 induction zones, 9 power levels and touch control. It is 59 cm wide without frame.
Cooking zones
The hob offers 4 separate induction zones. With the Connexion Zone function, you can easily combine two cooking zones into one, which will certainly come in handy with large pots. The hob also has a handy timer. This allows you to pre-set the cooking zone where it should automatically switch off.
Front left cooking zone - diameter: 145 mm, power: 1 200 to 1 600 W
Rear left cooking zone - diameter: 210 mm, power: 2 100 to 3 000 W
Rear right cooking zone - diameter: 180 mm, power: 1 800 to 2 100 W

6. sense
The 6th Sense hob offers automatic programmes for easy set-up and ideal performance for both clamping water and signalling when this point is reached. The 6 Sense sensor technology delivers 20% energy savings. Once the boiling point is reached, it maintains its constant temperature while adding various cold ingredients to the food being prepared.
Low-temperature dissolving function
The melt function sets the appropriate power level of the cooking zone to slowly melt sensitive foods at a pot temperature of 35-45°C without compromising their nutritional value. Simply melt chocolate, butter or heat milk.
Cook faster
The Booster function allows you to quickly heat up the cooking zone. If you need to boil water quickly, it's no problem with this function. The induction hob brings water to the boil in a short time and then maintains the boiling temperature, reducing energy consumption at the same time.
PowerManagement
The hob is incredibly powerful. The Power Management function allows you to select the maximum power input of the hob. Once the power is set, the hob automatically adjusts the power distribution between the hotplates. This ensures that the value is not exceeded or overloaded, so you can enjoy all the functions the hob has to offer.
Safety
The child lock function locks the hob to prevent unwanted manipulation of the settings. This prevents children from turning on the hob or changing the selected parameters.
Controls
The hob has a front-mounted touch control with 9 power settings. Its operation is simple and intuitive. Simply set the desired intensity by touch and cooking can begin.
Timer
Someone is always looking at their watch. You can set the countdown timer for 99 minutes. If you know the optimum cooking time for the dish from personal experience, you can set the timer and the cooking panel will automatically switch off when the time is up. A beep sounds when the food is ready.
