Noctua NV-FS1 desk, room and multi-purpose fan set

The NV-FS1 is a highly versatile, premium grade multi-purpose fan set that can be used for a wide range of ventilation tasks such as desk and room fan applications or device cooling. Pairing the award-winning NF-A12x25 PWM 120mm fan with the NV-AA1 airflow amplifier guarantees exceptional quiet cooling performance and a strong, focused stream of air that can be adjusted as required using the included NA-FC1 speed controller. The set’s centrepiece is the sturdy, steel-made NV-FM1 pivoting fan mount that makes it possible to let the fan blow at any angle, such as upwards, downwards, or sideways. With its integrated magnets, zip-tie slots and screw mounting holes, it’s easy to install virtually anywhere. Thanks to the NV-FM1’s integrated vibration dampening, vibrations are supressed from the ground up and the pre-installed NA-FG1 fan grill prevents the fan from accidental touch. For powering and connecting the fan, the set includes Noctua’s NV-PS1 230/115V high quality universal power supply as well as an NV-EC4 1m extension cable that can be installed before or after the fan controller depending on individual preferences. Airflow amplifier for enhanced ventilation performance
The pre-installed NV-AA1-12 airflow amplifier has been developed to boost the NF-A12x25’s flow performance in typical desk and room ventilation applications. Thanks to a three-way airflow amplification system that combines helix energy recovery, progressive flow acceleration, and Venturi effect volume enhancement, the NV-AA1 enables the fan to create a strong, focused beam of air while maintaining exceptional quietness of operation.

Sturdy, pivoting fan mount with flexible mounting options
Forming the centrepiece of the NV-FS1 set, the sturdy, steel-made NV-FM1 is a highly versatile, pivoting multi-purpose mount for 120 and 140mm fans. It cannot only be used as a simple stand on desks or other level surfaces, but can also be fixed to walls, ceilings, furniture, or other objects using the screw-mounting holes and zip-tie slits at the base.

3 level anti-vibration design
The NV-FS1 set reduces vibrations on three levels: Firstly, the fan is pre-installed to the NV-FM1 using silicone push-pins. Secondly, the rubber hinges of the NV-FM1 prevent vibrations from being transmitted to the base and thirdly, the rubber strips at the base reduce the transmission of vibrations to the mounting surface.

Stepless PWM fan controller
For convenient stepless speed control, the NV-FS1 includes Noctua’s popular NA-FC1. This small but powerful fan controller with status LEDs makes it possible to adjust the fan from maximum airflow performance all the way to near-inaudible operation. It can also stop the fan completely.

High-quality 230/115V power supply
Thanks to the included NV-PS1 power supply, the NV-FS1 set can be powered directly from the mains. The NV-PS1 is a compact, premium grade 24W AC/DC power supply that supports both 230V and 115V input and includes modular connectors for EU, US and UK type sockets. With an idle power consumption of only 0.075W, it’s perfect for applications that require maximum efficiency.

Flexible cabling
In addition to the 135cm cable of the NV-PS1 power supply, the 30cm long NA-AC10 adaptor for fan connection and the fan’s 20cm primary cable, the NV-FS1 set includes an NV-EC4 1m extension cable that increases the total reach to 2.85m. The NA-FC1 controller can be placed before or after the extension cable for maximum flexibility.

Fully modular and expandable
Thanks to the modularity of Noctua’s HOME line product ecosystem, the NV-FS1 set can be easily expanded. For example, additional fans and fan mounts can be powered from the same power supply and controlled using the same NA-FC1 controller using splitter cables (NA-SYC1) or fan hubs (NA-FH1/NV-FH2). It’s also possible to add additional NA-SEC3 extension cables.

Protection and safety
For protection against accidental touch, the NV-FS1 set comes with an NA-FG1-12 fan grill pre-installed. The included NV-PS1 power supply is protected against overvoltage, overcurrent and short-circuits and both the power supply and the fan carry safety certification from UL and TÜV. Unlike many cheap fans and power supplies, they are fully CE/UKCA compliant and meet all applicable standards for EMC and safety.
