Dahua IPC-C3AP-0280B – compact solution for indoor monitoring
The Dahua IPC-C3AP-0280B is a compact IP camera designed for indoor – office or home. The CMOS sensor supports clear images and, in conjunction with the advanced night vision function, produces clear images regardless of the time of day or night. This makes it an ideal partner for all-day indoor monitoring.
The advanced AI system can recognize the figures of people and pets and effectively filter out irrelevant objects. This prevents false alarms and ensures that only legitimate notifications are sent to your smartphone via the DMSS app.
The mobile app also includes additional features for practical camera control, such as privacy mode, notification of non-standard sounds or real-time two-way communication.

IR illumination up to 10 m, fixed lens, 99° horizontal angle, ICR, DWDR, Bluetooth pairing, microSD card slot (max 256 GB), DC 5 V power supply.
The device comes with FREE SmartPSS Lite software. It is used for convenient management of IP (NVR/XVR/IP camera) devices. The application allows automatic device discovery, live channel preview, recording of selected channels according to specified criteria and of course playback of recordings. Another application is DSS Express, which is also free. It offers more features and a client-server architecture. You install the server part first and then the client application. The client can be installed on the same PC as the server, but also on another PC on the same network. DSS Express allows up to 10 connected clients for free. The more advanced DSS Pro is already licensed and offers many more analytical functions.
For mobile access, use the DMSS app; download and install from system application bases (Google/Apple).
Most Dahua IP cameras are supported on Synology (list here) and Qnap (list here) NAS devices.
