The deep baking tray with an inner non-stick layer made of carbon steel can be used for roasting meat, roasting vegetables, pasta and also for preparing cast desserts or yeast buns.
There is no need to use baking paper, just lightly grease or spray the baking tray with cooking spray, the baked goodies can be easily removed from the 4.5 cm high tray.
Thanks to its size, it fits into a standard size gas, electric or hot-air oven.
It can be washed in the dishwasher; if it gets too hot, e.g. if the apple strudel filling leaks out, as it sometimes does, just un-wet the baking tray. The tin has two silicone handles. We recommend using wooden, nylon or silicone utensils to avoid damaging the Teflon coating.
