The Huawei Watch GT 5 comes, as mentioned, in two sizes. Both feature an AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The latter is protected by a silicon glass that ensures scratch resistance. The body of the watch is made of stainless steel, which gives it an elegant look, high durability and thanks to the low weight of 45 grams, the watch is very comfortable to wear.
The watch impresses with its elegant and stylish design with fine details and sharply cut edges that go from planar geometry to 3D shapes. The improved user interface offers a clearer layout of apps and notification center, and the new 13 dials bring the ability to customize to your lifestyle.
New to this series is a keypad for quick message replies and speech-to-text support. For the first time, you can also take screenshots, which are automatically saved to your phone's gallery, and use the built-in maps for better navigation. All-new alarm settings, improved positioning services and more than 100 sports modes, including 20 pro modes, make this watch a great partner for sports.
For runners, there are special features, such as the ability to draw pictures on the map while running, or the Power meter, which allows for accurate power measurement. Health features include optimized SpO2 measurement, emotion measurement, heart rate measurement improved by 50%, and in the Pro version, support for ECG measurement.
The watch is equipped with a microphone and a smart speaker that automatically adjusts to ambient noise. You can make a call with it via a connected phone.
Support for iOS and Android ensures compatibility with a wide range of devices. Plus, they feature IP68 protection, Bluetooth 5.2 and wireless charging.
