Metal motor gears
The heart and most critical part of any meat grinder is the motor and its gears. Salente's flagship brand has left nothing to chance and equipped this model with metal gears that, unlike cheaper competing models, are extremely durable and wear-resistant. In addition, unlike cheaper nylon gears, metal gears can withstand high operating temperatures and do not deform over time. With the new Salente MetaPlus meat grinder, you can grind meat for hamburgers, spaghetti bolognese, lasagne and sausages. Simply choose one of the three grinding discs for different coarseness of meat. There are three discs made of top-quality 304 stainless steel with grinding holes of 3, 5 and 8 millimetres in diameter. ´

Digital touch screen display
The ultimate in convenience with the Salente MeatPlus meat grinder is the touch-sensitive digital display with slider as you know it from high-end hobs, where you just need to swipe your finger lightly left or right and the speed is immediately adjusted. This control method is not only very modern, elegant, but also fast and guarantees a long lifetime, unlike conventional mechanical controls. Can you imagine - you have your hands away from the meat and fat and need to quickly and reliably regulate the speed and thus the grinding speed.
