The Ermenrich Wett QT30 Water Quality Tester measures 5 main parameters of water for determining its composition as well as the degree of health safety and suitability for drinking and cooking: acidity, total dissolved solids (TDS), salinity, electrical conductivity, and temperature. The instrument can be used to test water in aquariums, swimming pools, natural and industrial water reservoirs, flow filters, and home jugs. The tester is valuable for a wide range of professionals, including those in laboratories, spas, medical workers, food industry employees, and others.
Ermenrich Wett QT30 can determine the acidity/alkalinity of water in the range of 0–14pH with an error of only ±0.05pH. To improve measuring accuracy, calibrate the device before starting your work using buffer solutions: 3 sachets with powder for preparing liquids with different pH levels are included. The tester determines the total dissolved solids within a range of 0–200,000ppm (10.1–200ppt), electrical conductivity – from 0 to 200,000µS/cm, salinity – from 0.01–25% (0–10,000ppm), temperature – within a range of 0°C…+60°C. Temperature units can be changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit. The measurement error for TDS, conductivity, and salinity is ±2%.
To conduct tests, simply immerse the probe at the tip of the device in water; there is no need to submerge the entire device. The device is protected from dust and splashes of water according to the IP65 standard.
