The FTP Cat.6 network cable is a 25-meter long product designed for building local networks. Category 6 includes cabling that meets the requirements for bandwidth up to 250 MHz, providing a throughput of 200 Mb/s. It enables the implementation of Gigabit Ethernet, offering transmission at a frequency of 1 GHz and ATM transmission at 622 Mb/s. The cable consists of four pairs of twisted wires that eliminate electromagnetic interference. The wires are made of pure copper with a thickness of 23 AWG, and their outer PE sheath has a diameter of 1.08 mm, with an additional thickness of 0.60 mm.
The key features of the UTP category 6 cable are a length of 25 m and a polyethylene PE sheath. The outer PE jacket with a thickness of 0.6 mm makes the product suitable for outdoor use, making it an ideal solution for various applications.
The polyethylene PE sheath is characterized by high mechanical strength and chemical resistance, allowing the cable to be used outside the building. Additionally, the packaging is equipped with a self-unrolling reel, enabling convenient cable deployment without the risk of tangling.
The Extralink CAT6 FTP (F/UTP) V2 cable is designed for outdoor use and is highly resistant to weather conditions. This twisted pair is often used in CCTV installations, where one cable can transmit video signals from multiple cameras as well as power.
