THERMO KLEBER
It is a one-component low-expansion polyurethane adhesive, specially developed for highly effective bonding and installation of ETICS insulation systems (for bonding EPS, XPS). Also suitable for filling joints between thermal insulation boards made of EPS, XPS and mineral fibre (so-called wool) and for bonding EPS-P or XPS skirting boards. Excellent for sandwich cladding of wooden buildings (wood-PUR-EPS). Excellent adhesion to concrete, plaster, masonry, wood, polystyrene, etc.
Properties
Up to 14 pieces of polystyrene boards can be glued from one container;
Sanding and anchoring of the boards after 2 hours after gluing;
High time saving, easy handling;
Lower storage and transport requirements;
Overall savings of up to 50% on gluing costs;
Smaller work crew - no need to prepare cementitious adhesive;
Lower requirements for site equipment and facilities (water, electricity);
Excellent adhesion to brick, concrete, plaster, stone, wood;
Increased thermal insulation properties of the facade, compared to facades bonded with cementitious adhesives;
