Shelly EM Gen4

The Shelly EM Gen4 is a two-channel single-phase energy meter that uses current transformers to measure energy data for loads up to 120 A. It tracks power, current, voltage and power factor in real time at one-minute resolution. The Shelly EM Gen4 also has a built-in 2 A dry contact, which can be used to drive an external contactor for controlling heavier loads such as water heaters, heat pumps and large household appliances. The Shelly EM Gen4 is set up and controlled easily through the Shelly Smart Control app or your preferred smart home system. Shelly devices work 100% locally and only require a local network to operate. Shelly can be used standalone in the Shelly Smart Control app or with more than 200 partner systems such as Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Home Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, Athom Homey, KNX and many more. The Shelly EM Gen4 is designed for installation in a wall box or similar and comes with a 50 A current transformer included. An additional current transformer can be purchased for metering a second circuit, and the device also supports 80 A and 120 A current transformers as accessories. As part of the Gen4 series, the Shelly EM Gen4 introduces multiprotocol connectivity with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5, Zigbee and Matter over Wi-Fi — for maximum compatibility and future readiness. The device also acts as a Zigbee repeater and Bluetooth gateway, and supports scripting, MQTT, HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket and RPC.
