The DT 990 PRO X builds upon the proven sound signature of the DT 990 PRO and takes it to a new level. With its natural treble lift and impressive transparency, it reveals acoustic imperfections, acting as a sonic magnifier – and the perfect complement to studio monitors in the production process. Its clear and spacious sound makes it ideal for analytical listening and precise editing. Airy, detailed, incomparable.
STELLAR.45 – MAXIMUM SOUND ACCURACY ON ANY DEVICE
Sound quality without compromise. The STELLAR.45 driver, with a wide frequency range of 5 – 40,000 Hz and an impedance of 48 ohms, delivers premium studio sound – regardless of the playback device. Designed and manufactured in Germany, the driver system impresses with outstanding dynamics, extremely low distortion, and remarkable detail accuracy. Flexible, powerful, second to none.
Detachable cable: for maximum freedom
The DT 990 PRO X comes with a detachable cable featuring a locking mini-XLR connector for maximum security. The 3.5 mm jack, including a 6.3 mm adapter, lets you connect your headphones to almost any device – from audio interfaces to high-end amplifiers. Your sound, your rules.

even during long sessions
Create music all day – no pressure points, no fatigue. The soft velour ear pads of the DT 990 PRO X gently envelop your ears, while the flexible headband construction ensures a secure fit.
