From the best-selling ZWILLING knife series FOUR STAR® there is now a knife block that looks good, protects your knives from damage and even reduces the need sharpening by hand: the ZWILLING SharpBlock. Thanks to the integrated KIS technology, you will not have to worry about sharpening your knives. Each time you pull a knife out of the block, it is automatically sharpened. The secret: in the slots for the knives, there are two ceramic grindstones. Each compartment is designed for a specific blade size, which means each blade is sharpened at the ideal angle and thus maintains its edge retention and quality in the long term. For an optimal overview, simple pictograms show which compartment is suitable for which blade shape.
