The Lurch patty press
forms burger patties in 2 different sizes and matches perfectly with our 2 sizes burger bun forms which you find in our shop.
For meat lovers or vegetarians: The patty press makes equal minced meat or vegetable burger patties with the same diameter and thickness.
Summer is coming and so the next barbecue party. You want to serve something special? How about nice Ham- or Cheeseburgers? For the ideal Wow-effect you can’t use convenience products but have to make them by yourself. But who wants to form so many patties by hand? By using our patty press you can easily form equal and well-shaped patties. One set contains of 3 pieces: a plate and two different sized presses with plastic handle. The small press has a diameter of 8.5 cm and the big one of 10 cm. For the small press we recommend to use 80 gram of minced meat and for the big press circa 130 gram. The ergonomically shaped handle enabled an optimal distribution of pressure which gives the patties an even texture and an equal thickness. So, all patties are cooked at the same time and your burgers will be perfect. Now it’s up to you to surprise your guests. No matter if you go for a classic ham- or cheeseburger or a chickenburger with dried tomatoes, pesto and rocket. You decide what’s being served!
