The 230 V extension cord is equipped with a main mains switch which, when switched off, completely disconnects all connected appliances from the power supply at the same time. The extension cable also has switches for each socket separately, you choose which sockets are switched on or off when without the need to disconnect the connecting cable from the appliance. An extra feature is the child protection of all sockets - the sockets are only accessible if both forks are inserted at the same time, so you cannot insert a screwdriver or knitting needle individually.
