HECHT 9254 is a compact vacuum cleaner combined with a powerful blower. It is powered by 2-stroke engine with a volume of 25,4cm³, and 1 HP output power. An air volume is up to 0,2m³/s at a speed reaches 41m/s and maximum operation speed of 7500rpm. Net weight of the machine is only 5,8kg. For an easy start is the machine equipped with a choke; an engine is started by use of classic starter rope. In vacuum cleaner mode are the leaves sucked by the nozzle to the steel mulching blades, placed in front of turbine, which greatly reduce the volume of sucked material. These blades cut the leaves at the high speed to fine mulch, which fills the collecting bag made from durable fabric and with volume of 50l. The bag has a shoulder harness, which bears the whole weight of sucked leaves; so your hands are not so burden at work. The connection between the bag and the vacuum cleaner is solved by using of elbow, which allows to operator relatively free movement. The throttle control is clearly solved using the switch on the main handle, where is also placed a locking lever. This helps to operator´s work; he can not constantly holds the throttle switch. To fast convertion to the powerful blower just detach the nozzle and an elbow with the collecting bag. After the nozzle detachment, cover the hole by the grille, which prevents a clothes suction and thereby reduction of the blower performance. To the hole of elbow will be placed the blowing nozzle with specially shaped mouth. Blower mode allows fast blowing of the leaves from large areas to the heap, including leaves, where are hard objects hidden, like nuts, stones or pieces of branches, that could damage the vacuum cleaner when sucks. The blower can also blow dust and dirt from pavements, bad accessible corners, cut grass from road and in winter can easily removes also fresh fallen snow. When working with the blower, it is necessary to expect throwing of some objects away, therefore it is important to work with caution. It necessary to ensure that nobody is in working area and wear protective equipment, such as a goggles.
