UNI-T UT161E multimeter
The UT161 series of multimeters offers highly reliable, safe, durable and accurate CE certified instruments suitable for the European market. The displays are backlit LCD HTN type (dark readings on a light background). The UT161E has a display range of ±22000. The display refresh rate is 2-3 times per second and contains an analogue column with 41 segments.
The instruments measure AC and DC voltages up to 1000 V and are equipped with audible and visual warnings when maximum values are reached. The multimeter allows non-contact detection of conductors with AC voltage (NCV). A USB cable with optocoupler is included for data transfer to a PC. It is powered by four AAA batteries. Automatic shutdown after 15 minutes of inactivity can be deactivated. Current ranges are protected by tube fuses that can be tested without opening the instrument.
