Ermenrich Verk LD60 is a versatile measuring tool that integrates an electronic angle meter, a laser level, and a classic bubble level in a robust aluminum body. This combination speeds up the alignment of surfaces, improves marking accuracy of corners, and facilitates the installation, repair, or adjustment of machines whether at a construction site or in a workshop.

Functionality and measurement modes

The device measures deviations either in four sectors of 90° or in two sectors of 180°; the user specifies the operating measurement range. Switching takes a fraction of a second, enabling quick and precise measurements. The built-in red laser projects two bright, perpendicular lines that remain clearly visible from a long distance. This eliminates the need for manual marking and minimizes potential errors.

Measurement accuracy and display parameters

At key positions of 0° and 90°, the device achieves an accuracy of ±0.1°. For all other angles, the accuracy remains within ±0.2°. The readings are displayed on the high-contrast LCD screen, where the display can be set to degrees, percent, millimeters per meter, or inches per foot. White symbols on a black background remain clear in both twilight and bright sunlight. The Hold button locks the current readings during movement, the Zero button sets a custom reference point, and switching back to the absolute mode resets the zero point to true level. This functionality is useful for batch inspections and complex installation tasks.

Design and ergonomics

The aluminum alloy body is reinforced with inserts made of ABS plastic, thermoplastic elastomer, and silicone. The IP54 rating protects the device from dust and water splashes. The level weighs less than 700 g. Therefore, it is easy to use with just one hand throughout the entire shift. On the bottom face are a V-groove and a magnetic base to securely hold the device on flat metal parts as well as on pipes of various diameters. The 1/4" thread allows you to mount the device on a tripod.

Power supply, operating conditions, and package contents

Two AAA batteries (not included) provide approximately 9.5 hours of continuous operation. The device automatically switches off after 10 minutes of inactivity. It operates reliably within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C, making it suitable for the environmental conditions found on most construction sites, in workshops, and garages.
