The no-compromise, budget-conscious approach still remains incorporated in the kit, but it's been upgraded for the new generation of bikes. The GX Eagle Transmission shifts as crisply and accurately as other derailleurs in the Transmission family, and also features replaceable scratch guards for better protection and serviceability. Shifting on the pull is made possible by a combination of X-SYNC technology and GX cassette mapping, allowing for smooth shifts even at the highest engagement. The GX Eagle Transmission DUB cranks stand apart from many generic conventional cranks, providing an uncompromising balance of form and function for riders who don't want to compromise. These are cranks where pure performance meets optimal value. Their unique shape has been forged from aluminum for strength without excess weight, and composite gear protectors add functionality and allow riders to prevent the scratches and damage that come with the terrain. The T-Type chain has a unique flat profile and is specifically designed to optimize the Eagle Transmission's performance and for increased torque on the E-MTB.
