The XX SL Eagle Transmission fundamentally changes the relationship between cassette and derailleur. Designed as integrated and interdependent drive components, the T-Type derailleur mounts around the wheel axle itself and directly contacts the cassette using the revolutionary Hangerless Interface without a derailleur foot. Its Full Mount mounting method creates a much stronger connection and holds from both sides of the frame. The new Transmission derailleurs have the same intuitive pairing and setup as the Eagle AXS derailleurs. The Transmission features an Overload Clutch and has a "hidden" profile eliminating all the parts not needed to win. The derailleur allows for routine maintenance and to improve race performance, it features a lower pulley called the Magic Wheel that continues to rotate even when an object gets caught in it. In addition, the XX SL Eagle Transmission features a carbon shifter guide, replaceable outer cover and b-crank cover in a sleek black finish.
