In fact, the Salente DoubleAir offers 8 pre-set programmes that take the complexity out of it - you simply choose the type of dish and the machine sets everything up as you need it. There are programs for chips, steak, fish, vegetables, bacon, desserts, shrimp and chicken.
But if you want to prepare something less traditional or simply have the cooking in your hands, the fryer also allows you to set the temperature (from 80 to 200 °C) and time (from 1 to 60 minutes) individually. Both can be changed during cooking, depending on the situation.
