100 Gigabit performance with 100GBASE-SR4: Ideal for modern data centres, spine-leaf architectures and high-performance core networks with high data throughput. Up to 100 m range: Optimised for multimode fibres (OM4 up to 100 m, OM3 up to 70 m) – perfect for structured high-speed cabling within racks or data centres. 4x25Gb/s at 850 nm (VCSEL array):Four parallel channels, each with 25.78 Gb/s, ensure stable and efficient 100G transmission via an MPO-12 interface. Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM): Precise real-time monitoring of temperature, voltage, TX/RX power and bias current via I²C interface – for maximum transparency during operation. MSA and IEEE compliant: Compatible with QSFP28 MSA, IEEE 802.3bm and SFF-8636 – making it widely usable with commercially available 100G switches and routers.
The InLine® QSFP28-100G-SR4 module provides reliable 100 Gigabit Ethernet connections via multimode fibre. With an aggregate data rate of 100 Gb/s (4x25.78 Gb/s), it is ideal for high-performance applications in data centres, enterprise core networks and high-performance server environments. Transmission is via an 850 nm VCSEL array with PIN receiver structure. Thanks to parallel 4-channel technology, a range of up to 100 metres on OM4 and 70 metres on OM3 fibres is achieved. Connection is via an MPO-12 interface. With a power consumption of less than 2.5 W, the module remains energy-efficient despite its high bandwidth. Power is supplied via 3.3 V. The operating temperature range of 0 °C to +70 °C makes the module suitable for typical data centre environments. Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) enables continuous monitoring of important operating parameters such as temperature (±3 °C), supply voltage (±3 %) and TX and RX power. This allows network conditions to be detected at an early stage and maintenance measures to be planned in a targeted manner. The module is hot-pluggable and can be inserted or replaced during operation – a clear advantage for high-availability IT infrastructures. Technical data

Why do I find that the same product is available on different item numbers?
Manufacturers often release the same product with different item numbers, typically just different versions of the packaging. For example, the packaging may be targeted at different countries.
We try our best to unify the products, but it can happen that the same product appears on different item numbers in our system.
