As an unmanaged Layer 2 switch, it is ready for use without configuration: Auto-negotiation and Auto-MDI/MDI-X automatically detect speed, duplex mode, and cable type. The non-blocking store-and-forward architecture with IEEE 802.3x flow control ensures stable, packet-verified forwarding. The fanless metal housing ensures silent continuous operation and is ideal for 10-inch distribution cabinets, wall-mounted distribution units, and structured building cabling.
