Salente BodyFit therefore uses 4 highly sensitive StrainGauge sensors that can detect even small shifts in body composition. This allows you to immediately see if changes in your lifestyle are reflected in your results. Just place the scale on a flat, hard floor, stand on it with your bare feet and you'll know in no time. All the readings are displayed in the palm of your hand on the MagicVision multifunctional colour display with extra large digits (2.5 cm high).
The weighing surface is made of 6 mm thick tempered glass, which also has safety in mind - if it should break, it will not shatter into sharp shards, but into safe small pieces.
The scale is powered by four 1.5V AAA/LR03 alkaline batteries, which are included in the package. The current battery status is graphically shown on the display, so you'll know in time when it's time to change.
