Fast protection from rain, sun and wind, while cutting weight to a minimum! Install it high for maximal shadow and air-flow, or low to keep rain and wind away. The reinforced sides, corners and tie-out points make this minimalist piece of gear impressively sturdy. The Sil-Nylon 20D material enables the Lightest Tarp to offer full features, as it comes with quick-release tension buckles on all four corners, two pegs and extra tie-out loops. The blue coloured ridgeline tie-outs come with carabiners for easy orientation and fast installation. You will surely love it. All guy lines are kept conveniently in breathable pockets so they do not get tangled.
EASY TO USE
As always, tarp installation is simple:
1. Release opposite buckles, using cords with the same trees as your hammock setup
2. Re-attach buckles and adjust tension to straighten the tarp
3. Use the pegs to secure the remaining corners. Optionally, use rope to tie the four eyelets down, minimizing tarp movement. Note: Using poles or sticks with the eyelets lets you easily set up in porch mode.
