Uni-T UT312A Vibration Tester

The Uni-T UT312A Vibration Tester is a compact machine condition monitoring device that measures vibration acceleration, velocity, and displacement with instant readings displayed on a 2.4" TFT screen. The device operates in two frequency modes for acceleration (LO: 10 Hz–1 kHz and HI: 1 kHz–15 kHz), allowing you to tailor the measurement to the nature of the equipment’s operation. Its compact design, auto-rotating screen, built-in flashlight, and USB-C rechargeable battery make the UT312A ideal for field inspections and routine diagnostics of industrial equipment.

Measurements tailored to various applications

The UT312A offers three key measurement methods: acceleration (PEAK), velocity (RMS), and displacement (P-P), allowing you to assess both dynamic vibrations and the overall operating condition of the machine. Separate frequency modes for acceleration (LO and HI) allow for more precise analysis of both slower and faster vibrations, rather than using a single generalized range. The Data Hold function allows you to freeze the result on the screen, making it easier to read in less convenient conditions. The 1350 mAh battery provides up to approximately 12 hours of operation, and charging via USB-C takes about 3 hours. The weight of approximately 364 g refers to the device together with the short probe, i.e., in a ready-to-use configuration.
