Flowglasses Night Sync 03 – Álvaro Edition is engineered to reduce biologically disruptive light exposure in the evening. Developed in collaboration with professional footballer Álvaro Morata, this model combines our most advanced Night Sync red lens with the full-size 03 frame, built for structured recovery routines and sleep preparation.
TECHNOLOGY
The Night Sync lens is engineered for maximum evening filtration. Laboratory testing confirms 99.89% blue-light absorption and 100% UV absorption within the tested ranges. The red lens profile is designed to strongly suppress blue and green wavelengths associated with circadian stimulation, creating a controlled visual environment for late-day use.
BODY EFFECT
Evening exposure to blue and green light stimulates circadian photoreceptors in the retina, which can delay melatonin onset and maintain alertness signals. By removing 99.89% of blue light and suppressing transmission through adjacent green wavelengths, Night Sync 03 reduces photic input to the circadian system, supporting faster wind-down and improved sleep readiness.
