Den Braven PU structural sealant is a high-performance, one-component sealant that forms an extremely durable but permanently flexible joint once cured. Its ability to absorb vibrations and resist high mechanical loads makes it indispensable where conventional sealants fail.
Key Features:
Versatile bonding and sealing: adheres to concrete, stone, metal, wood, aluminium, PVC and glass.
High expansion capacity.
Chemical Resistance: Long-term resistance to seawater, lime water, weak acids and alkalis. It can withstand short-term contact with petrol or diesel.
Fully repaintable.
Examples of use:
Roofing elements: sealants for roofs, flashings and chimney surrounds.
Construction details: installation and bonding of window sills, thresholds, staircases and stone plinths.
Industrial manufacturing: container manufacturing, flexible joints in the engineering and automotive industries.
Watertight joints: also suitable for pool expansion joints (chemical and seawater resistant).
