Key benefits of Rockbros LP-RD2BK pedals:
The Rockbros LP-RD2BK pedals are compatible with the Shimano SPD-SL system. They allow you to use appropriate road shoes with three-point cleat mounting, ensuring a stable foot-to-pedal connection during training, climbing, and dynamic acceleration.
The pedals come with yellow cleats that provide play. Once engaged, the foot can rotate slightly, preventing it from being completely locked into one position. This facilitates natural foot positioning and can increase comfort during longer rides.
The expanded pedal surface increases the contact area with the cleat and helps support the foot more firmly. Pressure is distributed over a larger surface area, promoting efficient power transfer to the drivetrain during high-cadence riding, sprints, and climbs.
The pedal mechanism allows you to adjust the cleat tension. Turning the adjustment towards the "-" symbol decreases resistance, making it easier to release the shoe, while turning it towards the "+" symbol increases the holding force. This allows you to tailor the pedaling action to your skill level and riding style.
The package includes two pedals, a pair of yellow cleats, six screws, and six mounting washers. These components allow you to attach the cleats to compatible road shoes and adjust their positioning relative to your foot.
