Den Braven ALCOXY glazing silicone is a superior neutral-based solution that is specially developed for demanding glazing jobs. Unlike conventional acetic silicones, it does not corrode metals and offers excellent joint stability even under extreme exposure to sun and rain.
Key benefits:
Neutral ALCOXY system: Material friendly - ideal for glass, aluminium and painted wood combinations.
Certified quality: fully complies with the European glazing standard EN 15651-2.
Longevity.
Wide application: also suitable for sensitive bonding of glass structures and terrariums.
Applications:
Glazing: Top sealing of modern glazing systems, windows and doors.
Construction.
Hobby and professional: Manufacture of terrariums and bonding of glass elements indoors and outdoors.
Technical note:
Due to its neutral nature, this silicone is safe for surfaces where regular "vinegar" silicone could cause problems (such as some metal frames).
