The ECG AF 8020 AI Slim Fry offers 3 modes of use adapted to different cooking needs. The AI Smart AutoProgram mode is the most advanced way to cook food - just select one of the six preset programs (frozen chips, chicken drumsticks, shrimp, steaks and chops, muffins and cakes, fish) and the fryer automatically adjusts the optimum temperature and time according to the portion size. The manual mode gives you complete control over the cooking process with the ability to individually set the temperature (in the range of 100-200°C) and time (up to 60 minutes) to your preference. For quick reheating or to finish cooking, the reheat/quick-cook mode is activated by long-pressing the preset program button and automatically sets the time to just 3 minutes at the optimum temperature.
