A clever baffle allows you to divide the frying zone into two zones, allowing you to prepare different dishes at once. Whether you choose the full 10 litre, 5 + 5 litre, 6 + 4 litre or 7 + 3 litre layout, you have all the freedom to adapt to your cooking needs.
