Descale your fully automatic coffee machine regularly with Melitta Anti Calc Powder Descaling for fully automatic coffee machines in accordance with the water hardness in your region or at the latest after 100 brews. Very hard water: every 3 weeks, Hard water: every 4 weeks and for Soft and medium hard water: every 5 weeks. Your water supplier can provide precise information about the water hardness in your region. The descaling effect with the ANTI CALC powder removes limescale deposits in your fully automatic coffee machine effectively and thoroughly. In this way, the powder is gentle on the material. The portion-divided ANTI CALC powder is easy to use for descaling the machine. Thanks to the fine grains, the powder dissolves quickly and easily compared to competitors' products. While using household vinegar for descaling results in an unpleasant and strong vinegar smell, the ANTI CALC powder is odor neutral. And not least, the ANTI CALC powder's corrosion inhibitor protects the machine's materials. Lime deposits are effectively removed from your fully automatic coffee machine. Advantages of regular descaling of your machine reduces stubborn limescale deposits and therefore provides better heat transmission, as the limescale is not allowed to form an insulating layer. This means that the appliance uses less energy and its lifetime is extended.

Use

Please follow the instructions from the device manufacturer.
1. Dissolve the contents of a single bag of Melitta Anti Calc Powder Descaling for fully automatic coffee machines (40 g.) in 500 ml. water.
2. Pour the descaling solution into your fully automatic coffee machine's water tank and descale according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. If your fully automatic coffee machine does not have an automatic descaling program with integrated rinsing, rinse the appliance with 2 full water tanks of clean water after descaling.
