Stereo audio over existing RJ45 runs without additional devices
Use of existing cabling:Transmit analog stereo signals via RJ45 patch cables between rooms. Without active devices:Direct point-to-point connection without power supply. Quick deployment as a set:Connect two adapters with 3.5 mm jack plugs immediately. Distances up to 50 m achievable:Depending on conductor cross-section and contact resistance.
With this passive adapter set, you route analog stereo audio signals via existing RJ45 patch cables. Each side connects via a 3.5 mm jack plug, the link in between runs through the RJ45 socket and an existing patch cable. This creates an audio path between rooms without configuration and without additional active network devices. Particularly practical in environments with structured building cabling, such as professional IT environments, for on-site installations or temporary service deployments within existing infrastructures in companies and public institutions.
