PoE injector 4 Gigabit ports - reliable power system
Extralink 4-port PoE injector supports 10/100/1000 M Ethernet throughput. RJ45 LAN connectors are designed to connect the switch/PC/HUB and pins 1/2, 3/6, 4/5 & 7/8 transmit data. The POE RJ45 connectors provide both data and PoE power, the pins 1/2, 3/6, 4/5 & 7/8 are for data and the pins 4/5 (+) & 7/8 (-) for power. The unit consists of 4 sets of RJ45 sockets and one power outlet up to 60 V DC. The power input has a diameter of 5.5 mm. The total output power must be less than the maximum input power of the AC-DC supply, otherwise a stronger AC-DC supply must be considered. The recommended power formula for the AC-DC adapter is 10 W per RJ45 kit (1 kit = 2 x RJ45 sockets). For example, 4 x 10 W = 40 W for a PoE panel with 4 ports.
