Fiskars 1001431, Sledge hammer, Steel, Black, Orange, 210 mm, 45 mm, 900 mm

The medium sized Fiskars Sledge Hammer XL is still a big hitter. This tool features rounded edges on the striking surface which delay burring and lessen the risk of chipping. This sledge hammer has a rubber miss-hit guard that lessens jarring from mis strikes and thus helps to avoid potential injuries or strain. The shaft is made of a fibreglass core and features an elastomeric anti-slip and anti-vibration facility that ensures greater resistance and comfort. This tool feature a hardened, tempered and forged carbon steel head making it highly durable during wood preparation operations. This is a good all rounder sledge hammer for most striking applications.
