Ultrasonic Marten and Rodent Repeller with High-Voltage Contact Pads
This professional marten and rodent repeller combines the effects of ultrasound and high-voltage contact pads to provide highly effective protection for vehicle engine compartments. It is designed for passenger cars, vans, agricultural machinery, tractors, and other equipment at risk of damage to wiring and hoses caused by martens or rodents.
The device emits an ultrasonic signal at a frequency of approximately 22 kHz, which is virtually inaudible to humans but very unpleasant for pests. In addition to the ultrasonic signal, the system is equipped with six high-voltage contact pads that are installed in areas with the highest risk of animal movement. When an animal comes into contact with a pad, it receives an unpleasant electric shock that immediately deters it. The contact pads then automatically recharge.
A major advantage is its very low power consumption, which ensures the device places minimal strain on the car battery. Integrated battery discharge protection automatically shuts down the system when the voltage drops below 11.5 V, helping to protect the starter battery during extended periods when the vehicle is not in use.
A special piezo speaker with a spherical aluminum diaphragm ensures wide coverage of the engine compartment with an ultrasonic signal. A flashing LED indicator confirms that the device is functioning properly. The repeller is also suitable for modern vehicles equipped with a CAN bus and meets e1 homologation requirements.
