These SX9 shielded sockets form an important part of the Solarix CAT5E product line. The sockets are German style and their performance meets and exceeds the requirements specified in the international standards TIA/EIA 568, EN 50173 and ISO 11801 including all updates for CAT5E. SX9 sockets offer high reliability, maximum functionality and very simple installation. They are equipped with two RJ45 ports with a 45° inclination. AWG 26 - 22 wires are cut into IDC terminals of Krone type. The contacts are marked on the terminal block with a colour scheme according to the wiring type, either according to the T568A or T568B standard. Solarix SX9 CAT5E sockets are available in both unshielded and shielded versions. The sockets are designed for installation in flush-mounted or floor boxes. When using the SX9-0-WH box, this type of socket can also be used for installation on plaster. The colour of the socket and the box is white.
