The inSPORTline HR5003 door bar is the ideal tool for everyday home training anywhere, anytime! The only thing you will need besides the trapeze is a standard door with a protruding door frame. The trapeze stands upright in the door and safely supports users up to 200 kg!
The upper bar is covered with 4 separate foam grips, while the lower support bar features plastic stops for the gentlest possible catch on the door.
To make matters worse, there's also a ring to hang booster straps with handles (which you'll find in the box) or any expander or suspension system. And if you want to add other elements to your workout, you can put the trapeze on the floor and use it as a grip for classic push-ups.
