AXAGON CLR-M2L3 ALU passive cooler for ideal cooling of high-performance M.2 SSDs, especially NVMe. The universal heatsink can be used on M.2 cards with a size of 22 x 80 mm. Two supplied heat shims allow the heatsink to be mounted for all single and double-sided M.2 SSDs.
The 3 mm high finned aluminium heatsink helps to better dissipate heat generated by the operation of the M.2 SSD, allowing the temperature of the drive to be reduced by up to 15°C. This extends the life of the M.2 SSD and prevents "Thermal Throttling".
Thanks to its easy installation and compact size, the cooler can be used not only with AXAGON M.2 adapters, but also with M.2 (NGFF) slots on motherboards, etc. The low profile of the cooler allows for use in confined spaces.
