The DRC2933R upgrades are registered memory modules and the DRC2933LR upgrades are load reduced memory modules, which conform to JEDEC's DDR4-2933, PC4-2933Y standard. One EEPROM is used for Serial Presence Detect and a combination register/PLL, with Address and Command Parity is also used.
